Lynda has a flexible schedule with evening appointments available. When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved for you. In the event that you are not able to keep that appointment, please let her know as soon as possible. If an appointment is missed, and notification is not received 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for that missed session.

Fees

It is important to Lynda to establish fees that honor her time and skills as well as respect your resources. If she is a provider for your insurance company, she will bill the company and you will be responsible for the co-pay at the time of service.

Fees are due at the time service is rendered and may be paid by cash or check, payable to Lynda Ruf.

Initial Session ............................ $150/hour

Subsequent Sessions ................. $120/hour

Health Plan Participation

Lynda is an approved provider for a number of insurance companies such as Cigna, Beech Street, TRICARE, United Behavioral Healthcare, Ceridian, the Allen Group, Behavioral Health Systems, ComPsych, and Private Healthcare Systems. She is an out-of-network approved provider for BC/BS. She assists clients in filing reimbursement claims with other companies such as Magellan by preparing a HCFA 1500 form.
